Browser & crates

The Universal Browser is the app's full-screen library view — find a track, load it, get back to the decks.

Finding tracks

  • Columns: Title · Artist · BPM · Key · Genre · Time — tap a header to sort.
  • The Search box matches title, artist, genre, and filename as you type.
  • Navigate folders directly, or use the crates sidebar (below).

Match highlighting

With a track loaded, the browser highlights what mixes: BPM values within ±6% (including half- and double-time) and Camelot-compatible keys turn green. Scan the green and you know what works next.

Crates

The left sidebar holds your Library plus your own crates:

  • New Crate creates one.
  • Right-click a track to add it to a crate; right-click a crate to rename or delete it.

Loading a track

With DVS active, loading hands the track to Quick Load, so it plays under your control vinyl immediately.

Sample mode

The same browser doubles as the Sampler's gateway: opened from a sampler pad it roots itself at your Samples folder and adds two pinned rows — Record (straight into sample capture) and Edit Pad Sample.

Preferences

Settings → Customize has an auto-hide browser option — the browser dismisses itself after you load, putting you straight back on the decks.
