By placing an order on skratchattach.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not a binding contract. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is accepted and a binding contract formed only when we send a shipment confirmation email. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order, not acceptance.
Pricing Errors & Erroneous Discounts
We make every effort to ensure prices and promotions displayed on this website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur — including incorrect prices, miscalculated discounts, or coupon codes that apply beyond their intended scope.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If an order is affected by a pricing error or erroneous discount, we will contact you before fulfillment with the corrected price. You will have the option to:
- Confirm the order at the correct price, or
- Cancel the order for a full refund.
Orders will not be fulfilled at erroneously low prices. If we cannot reach you within 5 business days of identifying the error, the order may be cancelled and fully refunded.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms and expiration dates. We reserve the right to invalidate any code that is being used fraudulently, shared beyond its intended audience, or applied in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. One discount code per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Made-to-Order Products
All Skratch Attach products are hand-finished and made to order using 3D printed parts crafted from biodegradable and recyclable materials. Production begins after your order is confirmed. Lead times are estimated and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside our control.
Warranty & Repairs
Every product is designed with easily replaceable parts. If any component breaks or malfunctions under normal use, we will repair the product or send a replacement part at no charge. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with repairs and replacement parts.
This repair commitment covers manufacturing defects and normal wear. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, modification, or accidents. To request a repair, contact us at skratchattach@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skratch Attach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monterey County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
