At Skratch Attach, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. All of our products are hand-finished and made to order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Free Repairs & Replacement Parts

Every Skratch Attach product is designed with easily replaceable parts. If something breaks or isn't working right, we'll repair it or send you a replacement part at no charge. All we ask is that you cover the cost of shipping.

Before initiating a return, please reach out to us at skratchattach@gmail.com — we can usually resolve the issue with a quick repair or replacement part, getting you back up and running faster than a full return.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Because all products are made to order, a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This covers payment processing fees and inspection/repackaging costs.

Restocking Fee

Standard returns: 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
Damaged or defective items: No restocking fee — full refund issued.

How to Start a Return

Email us at skratchattach@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.
Ship the item back to our return address (provided in the return instructions).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (no restocking fee) including return shipping at no cost to you.
